August 2020 - Present

Organized marketing offsites with sales and product teams to come up with content that aligned to cross-department goals. Streamlined processes to get campaigns from ideation to execution by creating content briefs, using Jira to project manage, and Pardot/Salesforce for reporting. Researched new channels for pipeline growth via partner programs and CX influencers to generate demand and PR. Created multi-touch campaigns to drive revenue. Set up nurture flows in Salesloft to support the Account Executives and Account Managers.

Results: Established a content library that mapped the appropriate content to the stage in the buyer’s journey and where a prospect lies in the buying committee.

Manager, Demand Generation Dispatch Technologies May 2019 - April 2020

Cross-collaborated with Sales, Account Management, and Engagement to create and own a full-funnel, multi-channel marketing strategy for enterprise and emerging B2B segments. Tracked KPI, funnel goals, and revenue using Salesforce and Hubspot. Built marketing programs based on the full-funnel customer journey. Boosted ratings on app and review sites by teaming up with customer success to build out triggered campaigns to customers who gave high NPS feedback.

Results: Exceeded full-funnel quota for Q3 FY19 and MQL, SQL for Q1 FY20.

Product Marketing Manager Yesware July 2018 - January 2019

Managed email campaigns/triggers to drive new user acquisition, product engagement, retention, and reactivation across Yesware’s B2B and B2C segments. Monitored and responded to online feedback on review sites and App stores. Surveyed and interviewed customers to improve user experience. Coordinated full-funnel projects cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Business, and Sales Teams to increase pipeline conversion and customer retention.  Created and edited messaging for website, email, webinars, video, and knowledge center pages.

Results: Audited and updated onboarding materials that increased trial-to-customer conversion.

Director of Marketing and Admissions Level by Northeastern University September 2016 - July 2018

Strategized and built out multi-channel global and regional marketing programs and campaigns.  Reviewed and revamped old marketing material. Analyzed P&L data to forecast upcoming course offerings and revenue. Managed marketing and enrollment budget and pipeline. Influenced Northeastern leadership to partner with the Level team to increase brand awareness and enrollments to satellite campuses.

Results: Doubled revenue and enrollment numbers from the previous year. Decreased student deferrals by 72%.

Director of Digital Marketing Boston Logic February 2015 - August 2016

Collaborated with the President and Director of Sales on inbound business development and marketing strategy. Managed and distributed marketing ROI reports to stakeholders. Created and project managed multi-channel demand generation campaigns through HubSpot and Salesforce to build the sales pipeline. Strategized with vendors and agencies to launch new product offerings and partnerships. Chose industry events to sponsor to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Results: Increased inbound sales pipeline by 179.3%.

Content Creator Ramp Holdings April 2013 - February 2015

Created content calendar for the ideation, creation, and curation of all of the content associated with marketing Ramp to prospects, customers, influencers, and others. Used HubSpot and Pardot to create and A/B test inbound marketing materials such as email blasts, landing pages, and blog posts. Used marketing automation to develop and optimize drip campaigns that appealed to segmented markets. Defined lead scoring process to increase lead follow-up of marketing qualified leads. Monitored and managed social media channels

Results: Developed cross-channel campaigns to launch Ramp’s entrance into the enterprise market.
